Information We Collect

• Internet or other similar network activity: Browsing history, search history, information on a consumer's interaction with our website, application, or advertisements.
• Geolocation Data: Physical location or movements (where you grant permission).
• Professional or employment-related information: Information you provide about your role in the real estate industry (e.g., investor, wholesaler, agent).
• Inferences drawn from other personal information: Profile reflecting a person's preferences, characteristics, and behavior, used to personalize your experience and provide relevant deal opportunities.
• Sensitive Personal Information: In limited circumstances, we may collect precise geolocation data if you grant permission. We do not collect other forms of sensitive personal information like social security numbers, racial or ethnic origin, or health information.

Use of Personal Information

We use your personal information for purposes that are reasonably necessary and proportionate to achieve the operational purposes for which it was collected. We may use or disclose the personal information for one or more of the following business purposes:

• To fulfill or meet the reason you provided the information, such as providing access to our Deal Laboratory, Calculizers™, and other platform features.
• To provide, support, personalize, and develop our Website, products, and services.
• To process your requests, purchases, transactions, and payments and prevent transactional fraud.
• To provide you with support and respond to your inquiries.
• To personalize your Website experience and deliver relevant content, product offerings, and targeted ads (with your consent, where required by law).
• For testing, research, analysis, and product development.

Sharing Personal Information

REILink does not "sell" personal information in the traditional sense (i.e., for money). However, like many online companies, we may "share" information with third-party advertising partners for the purpose of cross-context behavioral advertising. We may also disclose your personal information to service providers for a business purpose. When we do, we enter into a contract that describes the purpose and requires the recipient to keep that personal information confidential and not use it for any purpose except performing the contract.

Data Retention

We retain each category of personal information for the period necessary to fulfill the purposes outlined in this privacy notice, unless a longer retention period is required or permitted by law. We will not retain personal information for longer than is reasonably necessary for the disclosed purpose.

Only you, or someone legally authorized to act on your behalf, may make a verifiable consumer request related to your personal information. Your request must provide sufficient information that allows us to reasonably verify you are the person about whom we collected personal information and describe your request with enough detail for us to properly understand, evaluate, and respond to it.
