Already have a REILink account? Open the Repository.
The REILink Property Repository is a nationwide marketplace where wholesalers and investors can post off-market properties, find deals, and connect with buyers and sellers — free.
But this is unlike any off-market property repository ever created.
When a buyer opens your deal, they are not handed your numbers and asked to trust them. The Repository loads their saved costs — their contractor pricing, their lender’s rates and points, their agent’s commission, their holding costs and their target returns — and recalculates your property on their criteria before the page finishes loading.
So a buyer does not have to spend an evening rebuilding your deal before they can tell you whether they want it. The work is already done when they arrive. That is one less reason for them to pass.
Publish complete deal packages, match them with relevant buyers, share them anywhere, and receive messages and offers directly through the Repository.
Post deals. Find deals. Evaluate deals. Make offers. All in one nationwide off-market property Repository.
The REILink Property Repository is a nationwide marketplace where wholesalers and investors can post off-market properties, find deals, and connect with buyers and sellers — free.
But this is unlike any off-market property repository ever created.
Once your profile is set up, the Repository uses your saved settings, costs, team and investment preferences to automatically calculate every deal for you on page load. By the time the page loads, the deal has already been calculated using your criteria, your contractor’s pricing, your favorite agent’s commission, your lender’s rates and points, your holding costs and your target returns.
So every property you open is no longer another set of calculations you have to perform. The analysis is already done for you. Your job is to verify it, adjust anything you disagree with, and decide whether you want the deal.
Filter the whole Repository down to what you actually buy, save the properties worth a second look, and message the seller or make an offer from the listing itself.

Save your investor client’s costs and criteria once, and every property you open is calculated on their numbers on page load — their contractor, their lender’s rates and points, their holding costs and the return they need. You bring them a deal that has already been run their way.
So you are not building a spreadsheet for every property you want to show them. The analysis is already there. Your job is to verify it and decide whether it is worth their time.
And when you have an off-market property of your own, publish it here as a complete deal package and take messages and offers directly through the Repository.

Not yours, and not a market average. A buyer opens your listing, sees your analysis first, then switches to their own preset — their repair costs, their financing, their fees, their return targets — and every figure recalculates. They get an answer without rebuilding your deal in a spreadsheet, which is the step most deals die at.
See the wholesaler’s original analysis, then switch to your own preset. Every cost, profit, return and deal decision recalculates using your repair costs, financing, fees, holding costs and return targets.
See the seller’s original analysis, then switch to your client’s preset. Their repair costs, their financing, their fees and the return they need — every figure recalculates, so you know whether the property is worth their time before you send it.
You’re browsing for your next deal. The wholesaler is showing a huge profit. Cautiously hopeful, you check the numbers — and there it is.
Window replacement: $50. It’s $350 installed.
Door replacement: $100. On what planet?
Now you have to rebuild the whole deal just to find out if it is one.
Not in the REILink Contract Repository.
Every contract opens with your presets already loaded — rehab costs, contractor pricing, lender rates and points, commissions, closing costs, return targets — and the system-calculated ARV instead of the wholesaler’s assumed one. But that is not all.
Every cost of repair is included, including yours. If you don’t agree with the wholesaler’s assumptions of what the cost of any item is, simply toggle it to your numbers and the deal financials adjust instantly in real time.
You get a GO-GO, NO-GO, or MARGINAL verdict on arrival, with every control right there to see what changes the deal.
All you do is verify.
Two investors flipping the same house will not make the same profit. Their contractors have different pricing. Their lenders charge different rates and points. Their agents, attorneys, title companies and stagers charge different fees.
REILink lets you add people on the network into folders.
Drop contractors, agents, lenders, attorneys, title companies, stagers — even deals — into a folder, then apply that folder to any property you open.
REILink automatically reads the rates and fees for everyone in that folder, compares them, selects the best-priced professionals, and applies those costs to the deal, all on pageload.
Save a folder once and it travels with you. Open anyone’s listing, apply the folder, and every figure is recalculated with the rates you actually pay.

Every listing site is built to make its listings look good. This one reads each deal against your own saved thresholds — the return you told it you need, the most you are willing to put into a single property — and says plainly when the deal in front of you misses them.
It goes further than that, and this is the part nobody builds: it argues with you. Push your after-repair value more than 15% above the seller’s estimate and it flags your own optimism and tells you to support it with comps. Price a rehab under $25 a square foot and it warns your budget is probably light. The platform is not trying to close you.
CAUTION: Your repair cost averages to only $42/sqft. This seems low and may indicate an underestimated rehab budget.
CAUTION: This property has been on the market for over 60 days. This could indicate hidden issues or an inflated asking price, but may also offer negotiation leverage.
Two of the cautions this contract raises against itself.
You do not have to go looking for a phone number. The seller is on the listing, and so is the offer form.
If the deal does not work at the asking price, tell REILink the profit or the return you need and it works backwards to the highest price you can pay. Then you make that offer instead of closing the tab.
Build the property once and publish it as a complete deal package: property record, photos, video, asking price, rehab scope and the financials. Buyers browsing the Repository find it, and buyers you send the link to open it directly.
Because everything is on the page, nobody has to chase you for the basics before they can tell you whether they are interested.
As the property takes shape — the market, the price, the type, the numbers — REILink counts the buyers in the network whose criteria fit it. You know whether there is an audience for the deal before you publish, not a week after.
Publish, and those buyers are notified. The deal goes to the people who already said this is what they buy.
Others charge a lot to distribute your deal to buyers. To me that never made sense because in essence, they are charging you for the value you bring.
You and your deals are the value. The network is the value — and you make up the network.
Right now, you’re choosing to bring that value behind a gate with a hefty entrance fee. Stop, you don’t have to!
REILink will never charge for deal distribution — not now, not ever.
We don’t have millions of buyers yet. You can wait to join REILink when we have millions of buyers — and if everyone does that, it will never happen. Or you can join now. And when you do, this happens:
Every person who joins increases the buyer count by one — which makes it more attractive to the next buyer, which makes it more attractive to the next wholesaler, which makes it more attractive to the next buyer.
Those massive networks didn’t start with millions either. They got there because wholesalers kept showing up and building them — for them.
So you have a choice.
Keep feeding platforms that charge $50,000/year for the value you created — forcing everyone, you included, to pay a hefty price for the value you bring.
Bring that same value somewhere it stays yours and costs you nothing to access.

It is a free repository of off-market real estate deals. Investors and wholesalers publish a property as a complete deal package — photos, property record, itemised rehab, asking price, after-repair value and projected return — and other investors browse those deals, re-run the numbers on their own assumptions and make offers.
Yes. There is no listing fee and no membership. You can publish as many contracts as you have.

Yes. Once your profile is set up, every deal is automatically calculated using your saved costs, team and investment criteria on page load. By the time the property opens, your analysis is already there. You can then change any assumption and the deal recalculates instantly.
City, state and zip; property type, beds, baths and square footage; and asking price, projected profit, after-repair value and cost of repairs.
By section and line item rather than as a lump sum, at a Lipstick, Standard or High End finish level, with a 15% contingency added on top and shown separately. The cost per square foot is carried through so you can sanity-check the budget.
Yes. Send the EstiMate project across and the Repository builds the contract from it — the address and property record, the cost of repairs, and every photo with the room tag you gave it. Send it again later and the listing updates rather than duplicating.
Yes. Load a saved facilitator team and everyone in it is applied to the deal at their actual rates. Pick the Best will choose the cheapest in each role for you — lowest agent commission, lowest attorney, title and staging fees, and for lenders the lowest interest rate, with ties broken on fewer points.
No. A published contract opens without a login, so a deal you send to a buyer is readable by them straight away. You need a free account to publish, to run it on your own numbers, or to make an offer.
Yes. The flip and the rental each get their own verdict — GO-GO, MARGINAL or NO-GO — measured against the thresholds you saved, and it raises specific cautions — including against your own assumptions when your after-repair value runs well above the seller’s estimate.
