3.1. Information You Provide Directly

• Account & Profile Information: When you register, create, or update your REILink Profile, you provide information such as your name, email address, password, phone number, professional role (e.g., wholesaler, buyer, agent, lender, contractor), years of experience, location (city, state, ZIP codes served), profile picture, and a descriptive bio.
• Business Page Information: If you create a Business Page, you may provide company name, logo, service descriptions, areas of operation, pricing logic examples, and portfolio items.
• Deal & Contract Information: When using the Contract Repository or Deal Laboratory tools (like OfferAid™, DispoAid™, Calculizers™), you input specific details about properties and deals, including addresses, ARV, repair costs, offer prices, assignment fees, financing details, property condition, seller motivation, and related documents (contracts, SOWs, photos, videos).
• HelpNet™ & Community Interactions: Information you provide when sending a Beacon request (category, location, urgency, description, budget), responding to Beacons, posting in community forums, participating in REIU courses (including StudyBuddy™ interactions), or using our messaging system.
• Vault Uploads: Documents, templates, and resources you upload to The Vault.
• Payment Information: If you subscribe to paid services, we (or our third-party payment processors) collect payment card information and billing details.
• Communications: Information you provide when you contact us for support or provide Feedback.

3.2. Information Collected Automatically

• Usage Data: We collect information about how you interact with our Services, including features used, pages visited, searches performed, deals viewed or saved, SmartMatch™ results, DAP% calculations, and engagement with other users' content.
• Device & Connection Information: IP address, browser type, operating system, device identifiers, referral URLs, and connection speed.

• Location Information: With your consent, we may collect precise geolocation data from your device to enhance features like local deal matching or HelpNet™ provider searches. You can typically disable this in your device settings.

We may receive information about you from third-party sources, such as social media platforms if you choose to link your REILink account, or from data providers to supplement or verify profile information (e.g., for professional licenses, with your consent where required).

4. How We Use Your Information

We use your personal information for the following purposes:

• To Provide & Improve Services: Operate the Platform, personalize your experience (e.g., pre-fill Calculizers™ with your saved defaults), process transactions, provide customer support, and develop new features.
• To Facilitate Connections & Deal Flow: Power our matching engines (SmartMatch™, FMS for HelpNet™), display relevant deals in the Contract Repository, route HelpNet™ Beacons, and enable user-to-user communication.
• For Analytics & Platform Enhancement: Understand usage patterns, improve our algorithms, enhance tool accuracy (e.g., OfferAid™ learning from aggregated deal outcomes), and conduct research and development.
• To Maintain Security & Trust: Verify identities, detect and prevent fraud or abuse, enforce our Terms and Rules, and maintain the integrity of the REILink ecosystem (e.g., for Verified Badges).
• Communication: Send you service-related announcements, updates, security alerts, support messages, and (with your consent) promotional materials or SmartBlast™ notifications.
• Legal Compliance: Comply with applicable laws, regulations, and legal processes.

5. How We Share Your Information

REILink is designed to facilitate connections. Here’s how your information may be shared:

• With Other Users: Your REILink Profile information (name, role, bio, location served, Business Page details, Verified Badge status) is generally visible to other users to facilitate networking and service discovery. Deals you post in the Contract Repository (when set to "Live") are visible to relevant buyers. HelpNet™ Beacons are shared with matched service providers. Your community posts and comments are public within those communities.
• With Third-Party Service Providers: We share information with vendors who perform services on our behalf, such as payment processing, data hosting, analytics, email delivery, and customer support. These vendors are contractually obligated to protect your information.
• For Business Transfers: If REILink is involved in a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, your information may be transferred as part of that transaction, subject to commitments made in this Privacy Policy.
• For Legal Reasons: We may disclose your information if required by law, subpoena, or other legal process, or if we believe in good faith that disclosure is necessary to protect our rights, your safety, or the safety of others, or to investigate fraud.

• Access, Correction & Deletion: Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information. • Do-Not-Track: Some web browsers transmit "Do-Not-Track" signals. REILink does not currently alter its practices when it receives a DNT signal.
