Our tools — including EstiMate, OfferAid, MaxFee, DispoAid, BuyerPulse, the Calculizers, Deal Room, attribution, and AI features such as Humphrey — produce estimates and informational outputs based on data you provide, third-party data, and our algorithms. Figures such as repair costs, ARV, MAO, assignment fees, projections, scores, and AI suggestions are not appraisals, guarantees, or assurances of value, accuracy, buyer behavior, or outcomes. Markets and conditions change. You are solely responsible for verifying outputs and for your decisions.
