01Overview and Scope
This notice supplements, and should be read together with, our Privacy Policy, and applies to the personal information we collect, use, disclose, “sell,” or “share.” The opt-out mechanisms described in Section 7 (Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information) are made available to all users of the Platform, regardless of state of residence.
The remaining provisions of this notice set forth the categories of personal information, consumer rights, and disclosures required of us under the CCPA/CPRA with respect to California residents. Residents of other U.S. states that have enacted comprehensive consumer-privacy laws — including Virginia, Colorado, Connecticut, Utah, and Texas — are afforded comparable rights, as further described in Section 9 and in our Privacy Policy. Except as otherwise defined in this notice, capitalized terms have the meanings given to them under the CCPA/CPRA or in our Privacy Policy.

We use sensitive personal information only to provide the Services and for permitted business purposes — not to infer characteristics — so the “right to limit” has limited application, but you may still contact us.
03Sources
We collect this information directly from you, automatically through your use of the Platform, and from third parties such as social-login, verification, advertising, and analytics providers, and other users.
04Purposes
We use personal information for the business and commercial purposes described in Section 3 of our Privacy Policy, including providing the Services, security and fraud prevention, analytics and improvement, communications, and advertising and its measurement.
05Disclosure, “Sale,” and “Sharing”
In the prior 12 months, we disclosed identifiers, internet activity, commercial information, and inferences to service providers for business purposes. We do not sell personal information for money. However, our use of advertising cookies and pixels (such as the Meta Pixel and Google) to deliver and measure targeted advertising may be considered a “sale” or “sharing” of identifiers and internet-activity information for cross-context behavioral advertising under California law. We do not knowingly sell or share the personal information of consumers under 16. You may opt out as described below.
06Your California Rights
- Know/Access the categories and specific pieces of personal information we collected;
- Delete personal information we collected, subject to exceptions;
- Correct inaccurate personal information;
- Opt out of the “sale” or “sharing” of personal information;
- Limit the use of sensitive personal information (limited application here);
- Non-discrimination for exercising your rights.
07Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information
To opt out of the “sale” or “sharing” of your personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising, you can: (1) use our cookie-preferences tool to disable advertising cookies; (2) broadcast the Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal, which we honor for the browser that sends it; or (3) email privacy@reilink.com with the subject “Do Not Sell or Share.” You may also exercise access, deletion, and correction rights by emailing privacy@reilink.com. We will verify your request and respond within the time required by law.
08Authorized Agents
You may use an authorized agent to submit a request. We may require the agent to provide proof of authorization and may ask you to verify your identity directly.
09Other U.S. State Rights
Residents of Virginia, Colorado, Connecticut, Utah, Texas, and other states with privacy laws have similar rights, including opting out of targeted advertising and the sale of personal data. See Section 13 of our Privacy Policy and use the same methods above to exercise them.
