Privacy Policy

This Policy explains what we collect, how we use and share it (including for advertising with partners like Meta and Google), and the rights and choices you have over your personal information.

01Scope & Your Consent

This Privacy Policy explains how REILink, LLC (“REILink,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, shares, and protects personal information when you use the REILink and Apex Vivus websites, apps, tools, and services (the “Platform”). It is part of our Terms of Use. By using the Platform, you agree to this Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.

02Information We Collect

Information you provide

  • Account & profile: name, email, phone, password, role (wholesaler, investor, agent, lender, contractor, etc.), experience, location and areas served, photo, bio, and business-page details.
  • Deal & property data: addresses, ARV, repair costs, offer prices, fees, financing details, condition, seller information, and documents (contracts, scopes, photos, videos) you enter into our tools or marketplace.
  • Community, HelpNet & messages: posts, requests, bids, reviews, and messages you send through the Platform.
  • Payment: billing details processed by our third-party payment processors (we do not store full card numbers).
  • Support & feedback: information you provide when contacting us.

Information collected automatically

  • Usage data: features used, pages and listings viewed, searches, and interactions.
  • Device & connection: IP address, browser and device type, operating system, identifiers, and referral URLs.
  • Cookies & similar technologies: including pixels and tags, as described in Section 6 and our Cookie Policy.
  • Location: approximate location from IP, or precise location with your permission, for features like local matching.

Information from third parties

We may receive information from social-login providers you connect, data and verification providers, advertising and analytics partners, and other users (e.g., when they message you or respond to a listing).

03How We Use Your Information

  • Provide, operate, personalize, and improve the Platform and its tools;
  • Power matching, marketplace, and networking features;
  • Process transactions, subscriptions, and payments;
  • Communicate with you about your account, security, support, and (with your consent where required) marketing;
  • Conduct analytics and research, and train and improve our algorithms and AI features using your and aggregated data;
  • Detect, prevent, and address fraud, abuse, and security issues, and enforce our Terms and Rules;
  • Advertise and measure advertising, as described in Section 5;
  • Comply with legal obligations and protect rights, safety, and property.

04How We Share Your Information

  • With other users: profile, business-page, and listing information you choose to make visible, and content you post publicly.
  • With service providers: vendors who process data on our behalf (hosting, payments, analytics, email/SMS, customer support, security), under contractual confidentiality and security obligations.
  • With advertising & analytics partners: as described in Section 5.
  • For legal reasons: to comply with law, legal process, or lawful requests, and to protect rights, safety, and property.
  • In business transfers: in connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of assets, subject to this Policy.
  • With your consent or at your direction.
  • Aggregated or de-identified data that does not identify you.

We do not sell your personal information for money. Some sharing for targeted advertising may be considered a “sale” or “share” under certain state laws — see Sections 5, 13, and 14 and Your Privacy Choices for your opt-out rights.

05Advertising, Analytics & Interest-Based Advertising

We and our partners use cookies, pixels, SDKs, and similar technologies to deliver, measure, and optimize advertising — including ads on third-party platforms — and to understand how our marketing performs. This is sometimes called interest-based, targeted, or cross-context behavioral advertising.

Our advertising and analytics partners include, among others, Meta Platforms, Inc. (the Meta/Facebook Pixel and Conversions API for Facebook and Instagram), Google LLC (Google Analytics, Google Ads, and the Google tag), and similar providers such as LinkedIn and TikTok. Through these tools we may share online identifiers, device and usage data, and event data (for example, that you visited a page or submitted a form) so that we and these partners can show you relevant ads, build and measure audiences, and analyze campaigns. We instruct our partners not to collect sensitive or financial deal information through these tools.

Your choices: You can manage cookies through our Cookie Policy and your browser; opt out of interest-based advertising via the Digital Advertising Alliance (optout.aboutads.info) and the Network Advertising Initiative (optout.networkadvertising.org); use your device’s ad-tracking controls; and, where applicable, opt out of “sale”/“sharing” via our Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information control. We honor recognized opt-out preference signals such as Global Privacy Control (GPC) where required.

06Cookies & Tracking Technologies

We use cookies and similar technologies to operate the Platform, remember preferences, measure performance, and support advertising. Where required by law, we obtain consent before placing non-essential cookies and provide a consent-management tool. For details and controls, see our Cookie Policy.

07Your Rights & Choices

  • Access, correct, delete, port: depending on your jurisdiction, you may request access to, correction of, deletion of, or a copy of your personal information.
  • Marketing: unsubscribe via the link in our emails or your settings; you may still receive service messages.
  • Cookies & ads: see Sections 5–6.
  • Opt-out preference signals: we honor GPC where required.
  • Location: control precise location in your device settings.

To exercise rights, email privacy@reilink.com. We will verify and respond within the time required by applicable law. We will not discriminate against you for exercising your rights.

08Data Retention

We retain personal information for as long as your account is active and as needed to provide the Services, then for as long as necessary to comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, and for legitimate business purposes. Retention periods depend on the type of data and the purpose for which it was collected.

09Data Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect personal information. However, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

10Children’s Privacy

The Platform is intended for users 18 and older and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If you believe a minor has provided us information, contact privacy@reilink.com and we will delete it.

11International Data Transfers

REILink is based in the United States and processes information in the U.S. If you access the Platform from outside the U.S., your information will be transferred to and processed in the U.S., where data-protection laws may differ from yours. Where required, we use appropriate safeguards (such as Standard Contractual Clauses) for international transfers.

12EEA / UK Rights (GDPR)

If you are in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, or Switzerland, we process your personal data on these legal bases: performance of a contract (to provide the Services), legitimate interests (to operate, secure, and improve the Platform and for direct marketing), consent (for non-essential cookies and certain marketing, which you may withdraw), and legal obligation.

You have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, and port your data, to object to processing (including direct marketing), and to withdraw consent. You may lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority. To exercise these rights, contact privacy@reilink.com. 13U.S. State Privacy Rights

Residents of California, Virginia, Colorado, Connecticut, Utah, Texas, and other states with comprehensive privacy laws may have rights to access, correct, delete, and obtain a copy of their personal information, and to opt out of targeted advertising, the “sale” or “sharing” of personal information, and certain profiling. To exercise these rights, email privacy@reilink.com or use our Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information control. You may appeal a denial by replying to our response. We honor GPC where required.

14California Privacy Rights

California residents have specific rights under the CCPA/CPRA, including the right to know, delete, correct, and opt out of the sale/sharing of personal information and to limit the use of sensitive personal information. 15Changes to This Policy

We may update this Policy from time to time. We will post the revised version with a new “Last updated” date and, for material changes, provide additional notice. Your continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
